Discover the Finger Lakes region, check out the wineries, breweries & distilleries as close as a 5 minute drive away, or just spend your time in nature either at one of the nearby New York State parks or in the private & spacious outdoor oasis you’ll have to yourself at home.
Haven on Seneca is conveniently located at less than a 15 minute drive to the town of Geneva (and yes – Geneva has a Wegmans!), while also providing you your very own slice of lakeside paradise. The house is fully-equipped with everything you need both inside & outside, and you won’t be disappointed with your front row seat to the gorgeous sunsets, right from your living room.
A lake house wouldn’t be the perfect vacation rental without outdoor space. You’ll have access to 3 different patio areas with seating available, a recently installed (2018) deck & dock, an outdoor hot tub, an outdoor fire pit and a commercial grade 5-burner Weber grill in case you want to have a backyard barbecue. We have a canoe and kayak with life jackets available for use, and there is private beach access for you to walk right into the lake to go for a swim (it is a rocky beach, so we do recommend wearing water shoes.)
Your kitchen comes with…. pretty much everything! A gas stove, utensils, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, plenty of pots & pans & casserole dishes of different sizes, baking sheets, a microwave, 2 refrigerators, a toaster oven and even a wood burning fireplace available for use. Additionally, there is a commercial grade, 5-burner Weber grill (propane included) on one of the patios outside the lake house. There is also an island with 2 bar stools for extra counter space and seating.
We have a large sectional couch and a kitchen table that seats 6 people. We have a TV available with Roku (and of course, free WiFi!), as well as some board games & card games for when you decide to stay in.
